Volunteers
Volunteers are the core of MSMF programs. Volunteers have the opportunity to learn new job skills and develop professionally while assisting vulnerable communities throughout the world. Join the MSMF family and experience joy of giving back to those who are less fortunate and shaping the future of sustainable education around the world.
While MSMF is looking for volunteers for each of our programs, we currently need volunteers for administrative positions as well. We are currently seeking volunteers for the following positions:
- Administrative Assistant: Provide assistance to the staff; help conduct the day-to-day business of MSMF.
- Events Assistant: Under the direction of a seasoned events planner, learn how to coordinate a major event from start to finish.
- Graphic Designer: Design an annual event logo, program logos, and create brochures, an annual report and other visuals for the organization.
- Public Speaker: Provide engagement and public speaking assistance to the senior staff.
- Website / Marketing Assistant: Under the direction of the senior staff, manage the foundation’s website materials and layout, which includes developing / rewriting content and making weekly updates.
- Social Network Guru: In collaboration with marketing volunteers and MSMF staff, create a comprehensive social network marketing strategy and messaging in order to raise awareness.
- Translator: Translate documents from English to Spanish and Spanish to English. Arabic & Kurdish translation needed on an ad-hoc basis.
- Fundraising Fellow: Create and run your own fundraising campaigns and projects. Meet your six-month goal and we’ll send you to Peru for one-week, expenses paid (everything but airfare).
