MSMF's S4S mission is to provide global educational exchange foundation for future sustainable communities by exposing students to experiences centered in cultural learning and understanding, service learning opportunities, and sustainable practices.
The MSMF S4S program is comprised of coherent and coordinated international education strategies that help us meet the twin challenges of preparing Americans for a global environment while continuing to attract and educate future leaders from abroad.
The Internet and an increasingly global economy allows for worldwide interaction between people who never would have communicated previously. This opens up a world of possibilities but also presents challenges such as interacting in different languages and with people of different cultures. Learning about these differences first-hand is one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences a student can have. Those who choose an international experience over the comforts of home are rewarded with tremendous personal growth and professional opportunities.
Our program provides cultural and educational opportunities for high school students around the United States and abroad. MSMF offers students the opportunity to develop as future leaders, exposure to sustainable concepts and programs, and experience vibrant cultures.
